Crystals have their own energy and some have the ability to help to transmute negative energy from people, animals, spaces, and other items.
Selenite
Selenite is a crystal that does not require that has an energy that does not require cleansing or clearing. It can clear the energy in your home, it can clear other as well as other objects in your home. Even more impressive, it can clear your energy!
Clearing Your Home
Placing two mini-towers on either side of the doorframe of your front and the rear entrance is the easiest way to clear the energy of your home. This will allow the external energy from the day to be neutralised as you and your visitors enter the home.
Clearing An Object
Please note selenite is a fragile crystal so it is best to not allow contact between the physical contact and the object you are clearing. Hovering just above the object is sufficient.
Charging Plate
You can use a larger piece of selenite as a charging plate by gently placing smaller items on top of it to reset the energy. Selenite bowls can also be used in the same fashion to get these results.
Wanding
Take a piece of selenite or a wand and move it from the top of the item, around the length of the entire item. Ensure you cover the entire surface of the item to reset the energy.
Clearing A Person
To clear a person imagine an invisible crown at the top of his/her head. Take the selenite and gently move the piece down towards the person's left arm towards the waist (not touching the person). Repeat on the right side. Now move from the top of the head down the back until the surface of the back to the waist is cleared. Now move down the left side from the waist down the hip to the knee down to the ankle and foot. Repeat the process on the right side. Move to the front and wand from the crown to the abdomen.
Clearing Yourself
It is a matter of preference whether you make use of a wand or a piece of selenite, but it is recommended the piece you use be of a size and shape that is easy to hold onto and to maintain a firm grasp on while you are completing the process.
Stand or sit comfortably with feet firmly rooted on the floor.
Ground yourself by imagining tree roots extending from your tailbone into the floor. Imagine a golden cord running into the heavens.
Take a deep breath from your abdomen, and exhale fully. Repeat this twice.
Use the selenite to move from the tip of your head down all the way down your left side to your toes. Now move it all the way down to your side to your toes. Now move the selenite from the tip of your nose down the front of your body to your toes. If you can reach behind you move the piece of selenite from the tip of your head as far down your back as you can.
Take a couple of cleansing breaths and assess to determine if any part of your body feels like it requires another pass with the wand. If it does, gently glide the wand over the body.
Clearing Crystals
Selenite does an amazing job of transmuting, cleansing, and resetting the natural energy of other crystals.
Many Angel Card and Oracle Card Readers have their chakra crystals set on flat bars of selenite to allow the crystals to recharge and reset as they conduct their sessions. The person getting the reading sees a beautiful crystal display sitting on a flat selenite wand, while the crystals recharge and reset. A win-win scenario!
