Clearing Your Chakras

After a busy day interacting with people, it is a great idea to cleanse and clear your aura with Selenite. The crystal never needs to touch the surface of your skin to clear the energy from your body. Please take your time completing the cleansing process.

  1. Take a piece of Selenite and move it gently from the tip of your head (Crown Chakra).

  2. Move it down one side of your body, ensuring you sweep the arm, leg, and front (Third eye, Heart, Sacral, Solar Plexus and Root chakras) down to your foot.

  3. Repeat the process on the other side ensure you have covered all areas of your body.

Note: Some people may feel a tingling as the Selenite runs above the surface of the body. Please rest assured this is not a bad sign.
